    We are having a city wide festival to include a color run, activities along the river, and two headlining concerts and we would love to have a carnival set up along the river. This will be a very well attended event and is sponsored by the City of San Angelo. Oct 14-20, 2013 are the dates we are looking at. Please call me if you would be Willing to join this event.
